Asus A8V Deluxe is great (probably the non-deluxe too) although I think they may be end of line now. Not tested sound because it's a server, but ethernet is ok and SATA works fine in RAID 1 (the board has got 2 SATA controllers so you can plug 4 drives in plus any IDE devices).
