Video card with TV OUT

Can anyone recommend a video card with TV out that can be used with FreeBSD. I would like the TV to be the only monitor connected. Also it should do 800X600.

Anything out there that works like I want it to? Its for a MP3/DVD player project that will be connected to a TV and use a wireless keyboard, so it is very important that the TV port be the only active monitor at startup. Thanks.
