Hello.

After I changed the motherboard, at shutdown my box does not power off any more, but waits until I press the power button. This happens also on other systems of mine, but here it is most easily debuggable. Where do I start?

Guess this is the relevant part of dmesg, but on the other systems I cited I have 5.4.
