No. With good reason that its not there. The best reason is, "It doesn't
need to be in the kernel." At typical 1200 bits/sec, to less common
9600, to the exotic 56k, there is no urgency that requires service at
the kernel level. Also a licensing requirement that one keep the
unlicensed off the radio so its better to build the firewall+bridge into
your ax25 layer.
