I just want to thank everybody for helping me with this issue. By yesterday morning, before I left for town and a very busy day, I realized the problem (at that juncture) could not possibly have been with the IP configuration nor the server, but rather must have been the way I'd configured Zope. Later, when I had time, I confirmed that and got everything up and running.
