We just went through an audit here. All versions prior to 5.5 have a problem. 5.5 has the correct timezone data. 6.2 is OK, but earlier versions of 6.X also have old data. We didn't isolate exactly what versions, though. In any case, if you've upgraded from a problematic version to a recent version, you have to run tzsetup again to get the new timezone file installed.
