ffmpeg can't find /usr/include/sys/soundcard.h
Did you delete /usr/include?

You can extract the 6.2 base tarball into annother directory (for
example /usr/base) and then copy /usr/base/usr/include to
/usr/include.

Or you can copy the files from the freebsd source...
