The /print/ghostscript-afpl Makefile now has this notation in it:

1) /usr/ports/print/ghostscript-afpt

<quote>

DEPRECATED= the leading edge of Ghostscript development is now under GPL license, use print/ghostscript-gpl instead

EXPIRATION_DATE= 2007-07-01

<end quote>

I have several ports that depend on the 'afpl' version. If I were to place something like this in the /etc/make.conf file, would it force the use of the newer port in place of the older depreciate one?

1) /etc/make.conf

WITH_GHOSTSCRIPT_GPL=yes

Thanks!
