pkg_info will tell you what you want to know about any currently
installed port. eg:

    pkg_info -R www/apache\*

Show all the ports that depend on some version of apache.

    pkg_info -r www/mod_php4-4.2.3

Show all of the ports that mod_php4 depends on.
