Hi, I was just wondering whether SCTP implementation in FreeBSD supports "dynamic address reconfiguration" (http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-tsvwg-addip-sctp-22.txt) ? I would appriciate any help in this regard.
