I don't see the relevance of the boot stage here, but if you wanna load a 
kernel module from a floppy:
# mount_msdosfs /dev/fdc0 /mnt
# sysctl kern.module_path="/boot/kernel;/boot/modules;/mnt"
# kldload mymodulename

/dev/fdc0 being your floppy drive device.
