Note: missing `pkgconfig --libs gthread-2.0` in LDFLAGS.
@flz since he last touched the Makefile :p

This happens when libnids is installed in the same run as dependency, because 
LIBNIDS_GLIB2 will be empty and the pre-configure target will not be 

run: `make clean all' and it'll compile.
