If you're trying to do what I think you're doing (yep, that's a big IF) you've got things reversed. "Real Server #:" should point to the ip address on the PHYSICAL interface of the Dell(s). The address to add to lo0 is the VIP, in this case 192.168.0.49 Hope this helps.
