After knowing this, I edited rkhunter.conf like this: RTKT_FILE_WHITELIST="/usr/bin/whatis /usr/sbin/adduser /usr/local/bin/GET /usr/local/sbin/pkgdb" When running 'rkhunter -c' I still get the same warnings as before...
