(3) x11/rxvt-unicode - you just press and hold Ctrl+Shift+LClick
    and move cursor around. Urxvt will show info on any char you
    point at.
(4) In a UTF-8 console:
    iconv -l|grep UTF
    echo <one or more>|iconv -t UTF-32|hexdump
