Read the Handbook section on installing X if you want to try installing or configuring X post-install: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/x11.html Actually according to the handbook the package you want to have on your system is 'xorg', which can be found in /usr/ports/x11/xorg/ in case you want to build from source. But this package probably in turn depends on 'xorg-server', so your 'Xorg' file which is part of 'xorg-server' should be installed once you install the 'xorg' package.
