Hi!

Thank you very much for this hint with ACPI!

 In fact, "set hint.acpi.0.disabled=1" did not work,
but I figured out to try acpi_load=disable and kernel
did not panic! So, seems either problem with an ACPI
driver in FreeBSD 5.0 or broken BIOS.
