Ok, the error is generated by uic:
./src/tools/qmutex_unix.cpp:    qWarning("Mutex unlock failure: %s", 

Which fails on pthread_mutex_unlock call.
Could you show the output of:
ldd /usr/local/bin/uic


Problem with today's modular software: they start with the modules
    and never get to the software part.
