find / -iname "*libbz2*"
/usr/lib/libbz2.a
/usr/lib/libbz2.so.2
/usr/lib/libbz2.so
/usr/lib/libbz2_p.a
Really nothing on Google about libbz2.so.3
You installed a 7.x/8.x package.
