Well, personally I used the apparently old, as I was informed, method,
described in the handbook, e.g. I borrowed the fonts from the Windows
system, mapped them with the appropriate tool (read the handbook) and
edited xorg.conf .
Worked nicely, the default font was revolting ^_^
