I cannot tell for sure, but the installation seems to be failing at the point where it must install/read from the cdrom; is that correct?
If so, it may be that your cdrom drive has a DMA conflict; I believe that Toshiba ATAPI drives have such problems. Provided you have a broadband connection, you may want to try and do the ftp/network installation using the "boot only" ISO.
