This actually looks like he port is failing to pull in it's required dependency (in this case, sqlite). I would as Armin suggested to do, first update your port-tree again, try to install it again, cd into the port and 'make distclean rmconfig' to start fresh and start from the beginning. If it still fails, file the pr and/or contact the port maintainer.
