9 hasn't been released yet, but you can grab 9.0-RC2 from FTPs, for example:
ftp://ftp.free.fr/mirrors/ftp.freebsd.org/releases/amd64/amd64/ISO-IMAGES/9.0/FreeBSD-9.0-RC2-amd64-dvd1.iso
