If I have 4 PCI slots available on a motherboard,
is there any reason why I couldn't hook up FOUR 3ware IDE RAID cards? (twe driver)
Will FreeBSD (4.8) be able to address them all, or is there some kind of limit?
FreeBSD should be able to address all of the devices, but most Intel hardware doesn't have the PCI bus throughput to utilize that many effectively. Basicly, you want a seperate PCI channel for each RAID card if you can get it.
