I am down with a "few" dollars. However, after perusing a few of the sites, the bare minimum cheapest going rate seems to be around $30. Anyone know of any cheaper freebsd CDs out there? Student rate perhaps?

FreeBSD is free. The CD is not free. That simple. Once you have purchased a CD you welcome to copy it or install it as many times as you wish. Spending a few dollars on a CD is one way that many people contribute to the FreeBSD project. Or you can download it off the Internet, if you have a fast enough connection or enough patience. -- Bill Moran Potential Technologies http://www.potentialtech.com _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
