Set the CC and CXX environment variables to specify using distcc as the compiler, per the distcc docs. Not all ports respect these variables, but those that don't are broken and you should file a PR (note that using distcc itself is not supported, so any problems you encounter with distcc itself should be reported to the distcc developers).
