That appears to have been a failure of the recently introduced
`USE_RC_SUBR' mechanism. Under 4.x any port using that should
automatically have an extra dependency on sysutils/rc_subr added,
which is a back-port of the new /etc/rc.subr script from 5.x
Try cvsup'ing your ports tree again, and make sure that you get at
least version 1.466 of /usr/ports/Mk/bsd.port.mk, then try
re-installing that port.
Cheers,
Matthew
