Following on from previous post. During the upgrade I got to that screen before you see the sysinstal menu where you can reconfig the Kernel and I took the 'Skip Kernel Config' option - I wasn't really sure what the right thing to do was but I was guessing that the upgrade process would 'learn' what it needed to from the previous setup.
Was this the wrong thing to do ? Should I have dived in and done the whole kernel config thing even though the machine had previously been running 4.4 ? Thanks Richard Shea. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The Cuba Group PO Box 1864 Wellington New Zealand PH +64 4 496 5205 MO +64 21 296 6839 FX +64 4 496 5209 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
