It's turned off by default. Has nothing to do with netstat.

I'm trying to find out why my courier mta gives me a " connection refused" on a 'telnet localhost 25' Courier is running; mail is received and delivered. Still I get these 'refused' messages..
So, if anybody knwo how to get a list like above in FreeBSD-4.8?
