I have mailed about this problem a few times now, and I have got responses from Greg very quick where he asks for more information, but I never get any replies on my replies. This makes me worried that I'm doing something wrong or that I appear to be rude, something I certainly don't want to be, instead I'm very very grateful for all the work he and all other volnteers do for this great community.
