On a 4-STABLE box I am sometimes editing a file in preparation for an email, and the session "dies" with a "Resource temporarily unavailable" message.
This is getting really old - there are no other messages anywhere, and vmstat (for example) shows nothing interesting. How can I figure out what is going wrong (so I can find and fix the root cause)?
