I normally need to put in a few more line for mine to work:
MASQUERADE_AS(mydomain.com)
FEATURE(allmasquerade)
FEATURE(masquerade_envelope)

If you don't already have the "bat book" I'd suggest picking it up from your 
local bookstore.
