Out of those three, we have done well with Dell for our FreeBSD servers. I wouldn't rule out the others, though, if they are more convenient for your situation. Since you have already been checking 'FreeBSD Systems' which seems to have a good reputation so far (and who knows about handling an Australian connection, they might), you might want to just ask them how they would handle service in that situation.
