which mouse device are you using? Section "InputDevice" in /etc/X11/XF86Config should look like this (at least it works for me...) Section "InputDevice" Identifier "Mouse1" Driver "mouse" Option "Protocol" "SysMouse" Option "Device" "/dev/sysmouse" For your reference: My /etc/rc.conf entry looks like this: moused_enable="YES" moused_flags="" moused_port="/dev/psm0" moused_type="auto" If that doesn't help, please provide more information, i.e. post the mentioned config files, along with the output of `dmesg'. > I really like BSD so far and am very impressed with it.
