No, it's install: when I type the install command manually I get the same seg fault, and the destination file is left size 0. Though I don't get a problem when I type install with no arguments...

I could understand "ps" core dumping, but "install"? That's practically
a shell script! Has anyone seen this before? Any idea what the solution
