Hi Geert, Couldn't you just login remotely as someone different, and then (if needed), su to the correct user?
That's what I do. Hi, is it possible to have a different password for local (console, xdm) and remote (ssh) logins? I have a separate password database for my imap-server (dovecot), and I was wondering whether this is possible with OpenSSH, too.
