I had downloaded the tar for apache on my windows 2000 machine. Is there anyway to burn a cd which will be recognized by FREEBSD ?
Sure, popular Windows CD-ROM burning software like Adaptec's EZ/CD-Creator or Nero will produce ISO-9660 CD-ROM images which will work with FreeBSD, or almost anything else for that matter.
