I'm confused, I have a /64 from the hurricane electric tunnelbroker. I use rtadvd on the server that is the tunnel endpoint, advertise the /64 using rtadvd and use rtsold or XPs equivelent so any address's are the prefix then the mac address of the client machine (am using rtsold on netbsd and windows XP's ipv6 both of which work fine)
so it seems pretty easy to manage a single subnet lan. to me

Certainly: use IPv4. ISC's dhcpd does just fine with classic IPv4 addresses.
