You need to cvsup update your ports collection. The current port is up
to apache-1.3.33_1. Details on how to keep your ports collection up
to date can be found in the Handbook:
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/cvsup.html
with an example file on your local file-system at:
/usr/share/examples/cvsup/ports-supfile.
