And if the target creation time is earlier than the original file creation time,
it works too.
But, utimes() does not seem to work with the target creation time of later than
the original time.
The bypass solution is to copy the file and apply utimes() to the copied file, which
seems to brute.
Is there any effective way to change the file creation time?
