In addition to the earlier reported bison, the following two things also
appear to be compiled with no optimization (with CFLAGS replaced rather
then added to):

-I/usr/obj/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/perl/perl -DPERL_CORE \
-DLIBC="/usr/lib/libc.so" DynaLoader.c
and similarly:
DB_File.c
Dumper.c
B.c
IO.c
NDBM_File.c
SysV.c
some more things from perl.
. all of the tcp_wrappers.
I would guess, -current has the same problem?
