Well, I guess I asked for it.
Seriously, it struck me as very wierd that, right after a
new make world and kernel build, instead of the screensaver
I'd got this blank, unresponsive screen. Twice.
I've been trying to repeat the problem but to no avail.
When I get another case of of Woodley Queen Adelaide
Chardonnay 1998 I'll give it another go. -*)
