It seems that RTL8169SC does not like memory mapping. Instead of
using io mapping for all revisions, how about attached patch?
I updated the source to stable and applied your patch which seems to fix
the stable code for me. I still have instant DHCP discovery and the
interface is running smoothly. I could transfer a 500M file without
problems so connectivity seems to be stable with this patch.
