NULL-pointer for xfer from ulpt_tick().
System is a 7.2-STABLE, last updated on Sep 15. I just did a make
update, but there were no changes to ulpt.c.

Can you try this in 8.0? The USB stack is very different there (and much
better in a lot of ways).
