Where did the chflags(2) part of the stat(2) struct go as documented in the man page for stat(2) in RELENG_4 but not in RELENG_8? I can see it in various places on both in /usr/include/sys/stat.h. I'm not sure what to make of __BSD_VISIBLE yet. Am I missing a change in how to use stat(2) somewhere?
