Simple: replace the RAM, file for an RMA, etc.. If there's no warranty
or the warranty has expired and you need brand recommendations for a new
purchase: Crucial is excellent, avoid Corsair at all costs.

I'm using Kingston and it's still less than a year since I bought this
RAM. I have to ask the shop where I bought this RAM and hopefully they
will replace it.

You can file an RMA with kingston if you have the serial number (I think) it should be on the sticks
