Thanks. But there is still no solution for the problem. I haven't applied any
patch
and yet the problem occurs.

Maybe i understand your comment the wrong way, but i think the patch is
there to prevent prevent the problem.
So by applying the following patch//
www.freebsd.org/~jhb/patches/mfi.patch//
Your issue should be SOLVED.//
