Hello all,
Before when using 4.2-release I used to load my custom ipfw rulesets thru
/etc/rc.conf, having these lines:
firewall_enable="YES"
firewall_script="/etc/rc.firewall"
firewall_type="/etc/mycustomipfw.rules"
firewall_quiet="YES"
and all was ok.
But since I cvsuped to 4.3-stable (and even having same problem on other
4.3-release machine), custom rules no more loaded, trying diff ways to load
custom rules, did not succeed, so i had to insert my own rules in
/etc/rc.firewall and specify firewall_type as SIMPLE.
strange thing, worked before, does not now.
i have ipfirewall enabled in kernel.
Any ideas?
