cvsup problems

I'm sorry for the repetitiveness, but Windows (home PC)
just blew out on me, and I lost the email.  Anyhow, how
do we get the new CVSup with out the bug?  


Thanks for your help.  Windows sucks and now has no place
on my notebook.
