For those curious about official status, the bug has been placed
in the PR system as "kern/44197". I'll save interested readers
the work, you can look at it here:

Note that it's still open. I suspect this means there isn't a fix.

There is a great deal of talk about loyalty from the bottom
to the top. Loyalty from the top down is even more
